Multiplication
Bay filly by Marju out of Lunda.

 

Hello! I was born on 24 Feburary 2006. My mother (dam) is called Lunda and my father (sire) is called Marju. He lives in Ireland. I have eight older brothers and sisters. One of my brothers has been racing this year, he is called Blue Monday. One day I hope to race like him. I'll show him that fillies are better than colts!

 

 

 

Here I am in July, we live in a field with some of the other mares and their foals. I am the one on the right in the photo!

 

 

 

 

 

 

On 5 September, I was moved to a new home in Oxfordshire called Aston Upthorpe Stud. Here is a picture:

 

Lunda’s filly by Marju was sold at Tattersalls October Yearling Sale last year for 110,000gns (£115,500). She is now a two-year-old and has been named Multiplication, and is in training in Wiltshire with Derby-winning trainer Roger Charlton. She has had two races so far, finishing fourth of 17 runners on her debut at Newmarket in August. She was then third in a race over seven furlongs (1400m) at Salisbury on 4 September and looks like she has a very good chance of becoming a winner before too long.
