Foal diary

My home is at Warren Stud, which is just outside Newmarket. I was born there on 22 February 2009. My mum is called Native Blue and my dad’s name was Singspiel. He was a very special racehorse indeed as he competed all around the world, winning big races in Japan, Canada, Dubai and England.

Once I was weaned, I lived in a field with lots of other friends and as you can see below, I am in charge!

In November 2009, I moved all the way to Ireland to live at Kildangan Stud. It was quite a long journey but I am very happy here and still have lots of friends to play with.

In November 2010, I moved again – this time to Sheikh Mohammed’s famous racing stable Godolphin. Here I will begin my training to become a racehorse and hopefully it won’t be too long before I make my first visit to the racecourse. My name is now officially Mawhub.
