Shikama Dōji (四鎌童子, Shikama Dōji?, lit. “Four-Scythe Child”) is a manifestation-type demon in Seraph of the End who formed a contract with Shinoa Hīragi.
Does Shinoa turn into a vampire?
Second whilst Shinoa was in the process of turning into a vampire, her possession by something that appears to have traits of all three beings changes things. So yes, two chapters later and Shinoa is physically there, just attacking the others having been possessed by something more than a demon.

Who is the first progenitor in Owari no Seraph?
Shikama Dōji is the first progenitor and founded the race of vampires all of who he largely becomes indifferent to. He was training Yu as a seraph during the dark ages of Greece where he came into contact with Ashera Tepes. Sika Madu kept the deceased body of his son Michaela in an off limits room.

Who does Guren love?
As is obvious, at one point Guren’s love for Mahiru became obsession. After Mahiru lost all her humanity, she started killing innocent people, including Guren’s friend. Despite being under orders of facing death if he didn’t kill Mahiru, Guren could not bring himself to kill her.
Why is Guren hated?
